We hope that you are excited for your stay! Please take a few minutes to review the below house rules. This is an important step to ensure you have a wonderful stay! General: We ask that you please be respectful of our property, as we have worked very hard to create a unique and fun experience for you as our guests! Smoking/vaping is PROHIBITED anywhere inside or out at the condo. HOA rules. Absolutely NO pets allowed. You will be held responsible for any damage incurred to the house during your stay If something breaks or is damaged, please reach out to us to let us know ASAP - it will help us address any issues quickly for you and for our future guests. Toilets are for toilet paper ONLY. No Parties: This house is only for use for those that booked it. We strictly do not allow parties of any type. No unexpected guests. Inside Fireplace To operate the fireplace, use the thermostat to the left of the fireplace to your desired heat level. It does get HOT very quickly so please be careful. Hot Tub Absolutely NO Glass allowed in the hot tub. Please use plastic cups or cans if you wish to have a beverage while using the hot tub Please dry off before re-entering the house Friendly reminder - please be responsible with kids while using the hot tub Broilmaster Grills: There are communal grills throughout the condo complex. When finished using the grill, please use the provided grill scraper to scrape the grill gate Trash (What to do with trash bags that are full): Place all trash in dumpsters outside in the parking lot just left from the condo building. Recycling instructions are on the fridge magnet. The recycling sorting center is under the first covered parking garage on the right when you first drive past the parking arms. Bears (Note any wildlife or other things to expect while staying at the house): Black bears are very prevalent in the Rockies. NEVER feed bears Bears typically mind their own business, unless they feel threatened or they are defending their cubs If cubs are present, do not go near the cubs! Momma bear will protect her cubs at all costs Furniture: Please do not move furniture Any other special notes about furniture - do’s and don’ts Please remember that this property is our house and not a hotel. We have poured our heart and soul into this house. Please be respectful of the property and the neighborhood. The cleaning service is hired to only wash linens, clean bathrooms and surfaces. They DO NOT clean up unnecessary trash or mess left behind. If there is any damage or excessive mess incurred during your stay, your group will be held responsible. Have a wonderful stay!
